Remember the clincal features of Addison’s disease using the medical mnemonic / acronym : FATIGuED.
Fatigue
Antibodies (ie: anti-adrenal, antithyroid, antiparietal cell
Triad: hyponatremia, hypokalemia, azotemia
Increased pigmentation of skin and tongue
Gastrointestinal: weight loss, anorexia
Nausea and vomiting
Eosinophillia, neutropenia
Decreased blood pressure (ie: hypotension)
